WARRANTY POLICY

REBUILT COMPRESSORS

All rebuilt compressors purchased prior to 5/31/06, are warranted for 1 year from the day of purchase, as long as the original old compressor/dryer core was returned within 30 days of purchase. Our new line of "American Eagle" Compressors purchased after 6/01/06, are warranted for 2 full years from the day of purchase, as long as the original old compressor/dryer core was returned within 30 days of purchase and upon inspection we find no signs of moisture inside the compressor and/or signs of overheating (driving vehicle with a leak),. All warranties are for the original purchaser and are nontransferable. Warranty is for part replacement only and DOES NOT include labor. Any compressor that is being submitted for a warranty claim will need to be shipped at the customers expense to the 311 Dry Fork Rd., Del Rio,TN. location and inspected by American Air Suspension before any warranty action is taken by American Air Suspension. If upon inspection, we find signs of moisture inside the compressor and/or signs of overheating (driving vehicle with a leak), or if the original compressor/dryer core was not returned within 30 days of purchase, any and all warranty is void. NEW AIR STRUTS

Our new air struts are warranted for 1 full year from the day of purchase. The strut warranty DOES NOT cover the strut if the rubber air bladder has become "unfolded", as this was an installation error and the strut warranty will then be voided.

Any strut that is being submitted for a warranty claim will need to be shipped at the customers expense to the 311 Dry Fork Rd., Del Rio,TN. location and inspected by American Air Suspension before any warranty action is taken by American Air Suspension. If upon inspection, we find that the strut was damaged do to an accident or misuse, any and all warranty is void. If the warranty has been voided, the customer may request the part back, but at the customers expense. All warranties are for the original purchaser and are nontransferable. Warranty is for part replacement only and DOES NOT include labor.

AIR SPRINGS

With the exception of our "Limo" air springs, all of our new air springs carry a lifetime warranty. The air spring warranty DOES NOT cover the air spring if the rubber air bladder has become "unfolded", or if the bottom plastic retaining clips are broken, as these were examples of an installation error and the spring warranty will then be voided.

Any spring that is being submitted for a warranty claim will need to be shipped at the customers expense to the 311 Dry Fork Rd., Del Rio,TN. location and inspected by American Air Suspension before any warranty action is taken by American Air Suspension. If upon inspection, we find that the spring was installed incorrectly and/or the spring was damaged do to an accident or misuse, any and all warranty is void. All warranties are for the original purchaser and are nontransferable. Warranty is for part replacement only and DOES NOT include labor.

"LIMO" AIR SPRINGS

COIL SPRING CONVERSION KITS

Effective 02/09/12, all coil spring conversions kits have a lifetime warranty against defects on the original parts purchased from American Air Suspension.
